This giant lion statue was quite an accomplishment! Anchored in 50 tons of concrete, the 10-ton metal sculpture "Rex's Roar" balances on one forepaw, while the back half of his body floats in the air.
The big lion statue is here to welcome the tourist from everywhere, it adds a crowning touch in the square.
