Monkey D. Luffy, also known as " Straw Hat Luffy" and commonly as "Straw Hat", is the protagonist of One Piece and the founder of the Straw Hat Pirates.
In Japan, as part of the ONE PIECE Kumamoto Revival Project, the Luffy statue was placed in the Promenade in front of the Kumamoto Prefectural Office in November of 2018.
