Sculpture model manufacturing process
First, the plastic sculpture is made into an outer mold, the outer mold is removed, cleaned, assembled and fixed, and then the molten paraffin liquid is poured over and over in the mold while rotating and shaking. When the wax reaches a certain thickness, it cools to harden the wax. Fill and compact with sand, insert the pouring port and the wax outlet on the wax mold, and pour the molten bronze juice into the pouring port. The pouring is completed when the wax dripping out of the wax is not wax liquid but bronze juice. After cooling, the mold is removed and the sand in the bronze casting is poured out, and the bronze sculpture is finished. This is called the "lost wax method".
